This Privacy Policy explains how Pony Leads LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information from insurance agencies and agents who inquire about or purchase leads through PonyLeads ("Agency Customer," "you").

Scope of this policy. This document covers information we collect and use in our B2B relationship with Agency Customers who inquire about or purchase leads from us.

Information We Collect

When you submit an inquiry or become an Agency Customer, we collect:

Your agency name, your name, email, and phone number
Your territory and the insurance lines you're interested in
Your insurance license number and the state it's issued in
Any message or notes you include in your inquiry
Billing and payment information if you become a paying customer (processed through our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers ourselves)
Communication history between us, including emails and call notes related to your account

How We Use Your Information

To respond to your inquiry and evaluate fit
To verify your insurance license against publicly available state licensing records before delivering leads
To deliver leads, manage your account, and process billing if we work together
To communicate with you about your account, including delivery issues or disputes
To improve how we match leads to agency territories and lines of business

How Your Information Is Shared

We do not sell or share your agency or contact information with other companies. Your information is used only to manage our direct business relationship with you.

Payment processing. If you pay by card or ACH, that payment is processed by a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe). That processor has its own privacy practices governing the payment data it handles — we don't control or store your full payment credentials.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain Agency Customer information for as long as our business relationship continues, plus a reasonable period after for legal, tax, and recordkeeping purposes.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you provide. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Agency Customer information by contacting us below. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe, consistent with any recordkeeping obligations we have under Texas law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
